Both Manuka and Leatherwood honeys unite in this blend. Manuka bush (Leptospermum scoparium) from remote Tasmania contains Methylglyoxal, recognized for antibacterial properties. Leatherwood (Eucryphia lucida) grows exclusively in Tasmania's Tarkine wilderness rainforests. The strong, earthy Manuka flavour marries with Leatherwood's spicy, rainforest notes. Cold extraction preserves all flavours and aromas.
